Montaren
Not far from the Pont du Gard, the ancient Roman aqueduct that crosses the Gardon River near by, Montaren is only 5 minutes drive to Uzès, the beautifull medieval village rich in ancient heritage, full of history in every corners, streets and with its café terraces and restaurants.
Only 30 minutes from Nîmes, 45 from Avignon, an hour or two by car to visit Arles and Saint Rémy de Provence, the Camargue and its beautiful landscapes, Aigues-Mortes and les Saintes Maries de la Mer on the Mediterranean coast, eat oysters in Sète and around the Etang de Thau.
You can explore several unspoiled traditional villages, so interesting to visit, the Cevennes National Park, a great natural beauty, from harsh exposed plateau to steep sided river gorges.

Scrapbooking class. We can organize an afternoon scrapbooking your pictures taken during your stay.
Cooking class. We can plan a cooking class in our kitchen and enjoy the result in the evening, tasting wines of our region.
French conversation class. If you wish to practice your French, take a conversation class that could be continued with Skype upon your return.
Excursions. We can organize for you different activities, drive you to places if you don't wish to drive, to Vineyards, book a restaurant for you in advance (booking a Michelin starred restaurant in advance is highly recommended).
